ChatDash Data Deletion Instructions

ChatDash provides the following ways to request deletion of data associated with your ChatDash account or Facebook connection.

Delete Data by Contacting Us

1. Email admin@arar.vn from the email address associated with your account, if possible.
2. Include your ChatDash username, business name, Facebook Page name, and Facebook Page ID if available.
3. We will verify the request and delete the matching account, Page connection, access tokens, and stored Facebook conversation data where applicable.
4. After deletion, we will send a confirmation or explain if we must retain limited records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Delete Data Through Facebook

1. Open Facebook settings and go to Apps and Websites.
2. Find ChatDash and remove the app from your account.
3. When Meta sends ChatDash a valid data deletion callback, we process the request and return a confirmation URL and confirmation code.

What We Delete

We delete or disable matching Facebook identifiers, Page access tokens, Page connection metadata, stored Facebook conversation records, and related customer service records where they are linked to the verified request.
