ChatDash Terms of Service

These terms govern business use of ChatDash, a customer conversation management dashboard operated by ChatDash.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChatDash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
ChatDash helps authorized business users connect communication channels, manage customer conversations, view customer records, and operate related support or sales workflows. Features may include Facebook Page connection, Messenger conversation management, customer dashboards, automation, and reporting.
3. Authorized Use
You agree to use ChatDash only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with:
- Applicable laws and regulations.
- Meta Platform Terms, Messenger Platform policies, and any other third-party platform rules that apply.
- Your own permissions to access, manage, or message through connected business assets.
4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account, connected Page, or access token has been compromised.
5. Connected Platforms
When you connect a Facebook Page or other third-party service, you authorize ChatDash to use granted permissions and access tokens only as needed to provide the selected service features. You may revoke access through the third-party platform or by contacting us.
6. Customer Data
You remain responsible for the customer data, messages, attachments, and business records you process in ChatDash. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Data Deletion instructions are also available.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the service to send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful content, or platform-policy-violating messages.
- Attempt to access data, accounts, systems, or business assets without authorization.
- Interfere with service security, rate limits, logging, or availability.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except where allowed by law or written agreement.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of ChatDash as needed for operations, security, compliance, or product changes. We aim to preserve data integrity, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatDash is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, third-party platform outages, or actions taken through connected accounts.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, or is required to be disabled by law or platform policy. You may stop using the service or request disconnection/deletion by contacting us.
